-Purchasing through SIMPLY PERSONALISED

Simply browse through our store and add all products which you would like to purchase to your basket. Once you have what you would like, checkout your order. This will require you to input some personal details so we can ensure your order can get to you. 

-Payments

When the order is placed at our website, you will be re-directed to Stripe where your payment will be processed using the highest levels of security. No card details will be saved on our website.

-Delivery

We use a variety of shipping methods due to the variety of parcel sizes we send. This is usually via courier or royal mail and only sent signed for. 

-Product Photos

Please note that the product images may be slightly different, but will represent the product. Depending on the type of screen or monitor, the colour and shades of the images may appear different.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

 

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items such as lip balms (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
